For art centers, their design aspirations – rooted as it is within its locale – is of equal importance to its attention to practical considerations. Q-Plex’s developers hope that it will become an iconic symbol of the city, known for its refined qualities, both internal and external – and thereby create a fruitful tension between its spatial accomplishment and future potentials.

Dream Glow Pavilion

The Universiade Center is about 990 meters wide from east to west and 1050 meters long from north to south, covering an area of 520,000 sqm, serving as a major place for fitness and leisure for the surrounding residents. During our research, we found that there are few small-scale structures for the public to relax, so how to incorporate a small enjoyable space into the massive center became our initial intention of the design. ->

The X Macallan Bar

The X Macallan Bar, a 175 sq meters immersive brand space in Shenyang, a north east city in China.
Without trivialities, distance and limitation, the design for the X Macallan Bar by Jingle Design perfectly interprets a scene of drinking whisky with friends, composes a melody of classic style, and creates an immersive space beyond the hustle and bustle of city life.

Torre C

Tower C by Zaha Hadid Architects within the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base responds to its location at the intersection of the city’s planned north-south green axis and Shenzhen’s east-west urban corridor. Connecting directly with its adjacent park and plazas which transform into a terraced landscape extending upwards within its two towers, the design invites the public into the heart of the building where cultural and leisure attractions are housed in sweeping bridges that tie the towers together and give panoramic.

AIRMIX Lifestyle Concept Store, a 240 square meters retail space in Xi’an, China. A lifestyle boutique, designed by SpActrum. It is the first showroom store of the newly established lifestyle boutique buyer brand. The challenge of the project consists in a relatively small shop area, where a strong image of the new brand is to be showcased while building a significant identity for AIRMIX.
